When the theory of relativity proves that time is relative, dependent upon the action of the observer, how can the speed of light than be an absolute constancy as it is a function of time? ( if the blast from the big bang would decelerate by matter and accelerate by light, would the constancy of lightspeed then be the balance of the two making a steady expansion?).
